We prefer to drink Pinevibe pure without mixing to enjoy its full flavour, however we also like to share some nice recipes for mixing.
PINEVIBE MOCKTAILS

INGREDIENTS
1 glass of Pinevibe juice
2 small wedges of Pineapple
2 inches of fresh ginger
4 small knobs of fresh turmeric (or 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder)
2 stalks of celery (or alternatively 1/2 cucumber)
1/4 cup of ice cubes
Garnish: Pineapple wedges and mint leaves
PREPARATION
Pour Pinevibe in the blender, add the pineapple wedges, fresh ginger, turmeric, celery and ice
Mix for 30 seconds
Pour in a serving glass
Garnish with mint leaves and pineapple wedges and serve

INGREDIENTS
1 glass of Pinevibe juice
4 or 5 leaves of fresh mint
1/4 cup of ice cubes
1/2 cup of chilled grape juice
15 ml (or 1 tablespoon) of lime juice
1/2 cup of chilled sparkling water or soda
2 slices of lime
PREPARATION
Pour Pinevibe in a serving glass. Then, add mint leaves and muddle for a few seconds to just bruise the leaves and release the essential flavors. Add ice cubes followed by grape juice, lime juice, sparkling water or soda.
Give it a gentle mix.
Garnish with a couple of lime slices.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of Pinevibe juice
1/2 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
1/4 cup of ice cubes
1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk or cream
Optional: 1 to 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
Garnish: Fresh pineapple wedges and optional maraschino cherry
PREPARATION
Combine the frozen pineapple chunks and ice in the bottom of a blender. Pour the Pinevibe and coconut milk over the top. Add the brown sugar if using. Puree until smooth.
Pour into glasses, and garnish with fresh pineapple wedges or a maraschino cherry. For an extra special touch, chill the glasses by filling them with crushed ice or ice water before pouring.
PINEVIBE COCKTAILS*

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Pinevibe juice
1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled and grated
Fresh juice from half a lime
1 cup champagne
1/4 cup coconut water
1/2 tsp organic raw honey (optional)
To garnish: lime slices
PREPARATION
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the pineapple juice, grated ginger, lime juice, coconut water and honey.
Filter the mixture to remove ginger and pineapple pulp.
Strain the liquid into serving glasses and top with champagne.
Decorate the glasses with lime slices and serve.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of Pinevibe juice
1/3 cup of white rum
1/3 cupe of coconut cream
Ice cubes
PREPARATION
Mix with crushed ice in blender until smooth. Alternatively, the ingredients can simply be added to a cocktail glass with ice cubes and stirred.
Garnish with fresh pineapple wedges or a maraschino cherry. For an extra special touch, chill the glasses by filling them with crushed ice or ice water before pouring.

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Pinevibe
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup gold rum
3 tbsp lime juice
1/3 cup ginger ale
Ice cubes
PREPARATION
Add pineapple, coconut juice, rum and lime juice to a small pitcher and stir.
Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes. Pour half the pitcher mixture into each glass and top each glass off with ginger ale.
Garnish with pineapple wedges, a slice of lime, and a pineapple leaf.
